I’m a little bored with the pinners that post “secret weight loss!” and a before and after picture. It’s starting to feel like a bad newspaper ad.
Getting into shape is hard work. If it were easy, everyone would do it and everyone would be skinny.
I have a “fitness” board because I need inspiration, but it seems lately half of the “fitness” section on Pinterest is consisting of these lame “see how she did it!” ads. There is no secret to it. Get up off your lazy butt and go!
